Problem
The client had a market-fit idea; they required a platform to sell it through. They wanted us to build a proprietary cloud-based platform to deliver client assets. They wanted the design of the platform to be vibrant and engaging.
Solution
We were part of this engagement from the inception, mainly responsible for analyzing their business processes and converting them into scalable solutions. We designed the UI/UX, developed, tested and collaborated with their team to run sprints and plan releases.
Impact
The final product consisted of a platform that contained contract compliance, asset registry, operation and maintenance of tickets, monitoring of asset performance and trends to detailed reporting on weather forecasts.
The Radian Gen project was then handled by our Agile App Studio team who were involved in adding new features and making sure the platform runs efficiently.
