Overview
We were approached by one of the largest retailer of automotive replacement parts and accessories in the US. Our client had realized the need to shift their web experience to mobile, where they would not only offer ecommerce services but an entire holistic experience centered on the relationship between the user and their vehicle.

Problem
The client had come to the conclusion that there was no distinction between the general content and the ecommerce store on their website. So the idea of an application was proposed to shift the consumer experience, and ecommerce in general, to mobile. It was important to offer a more holistic experience to the users, which is above and beyond just an ecommerce website.
Solution
We carried out primary research to devise different demand spaces we could cater to. We gauged the needs and demands of the target audience and relied on the research to help us in design and development. We designed the UI/UX for their mobile application, which included designs for an online shop, section for deals and rewards and a Learn section for tutorials and DIY content
Impact
The UI/UX designs proved to be in line with what the client was looking for in terms of offering a full-fledged mobile experience to the users. The designs were approved by the client and the concepts were developed into an app. We were successful in providing the customers with a simple yet interactive mobile web experience.
